
JAKARTA – Microsoft supports Epic Games, which is currently at odds with Apple. Support was provided, when Apple plans to withdraw developer tools for Epic Games’ Unreal Engine tool from the Apple ecosystem.
Quoting from MacRumors, Epic Games is in fact strongly protesting Apple’s move to block the Fortnite game application on the App Store. This blocking was also fatal with a number of developers relying on the same developer tools as Fortnite.

This was voiced by Microsoft’s General Manager for Gaming Developer Experiences, Kevil Gammil in the Epic Games lawsuit. According to him, the removal of the Unreal Engine from the iOS and MacOS ecosystem will hurt gamers and game makers.
